International Shipping
We are pleased to offer a flat shipping rate to most international destinations. Please be aware that shipping charges do not include international taxes or duties. Contact the customs office in the destination country for information about any applicable duties or taxes. If an order is placed on www.iveestyle.com and then refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that were incurred in shipping the package. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund. IVEE has made every effort to minimize our international shipping charges. We only charge our cost for these services. We do not make any profit on our shipping services to international customers. Also, we are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value.
Shipping promotions
From time to time, IVEE will offer discounted or free shipping promotions. In order to qualify for the shipping promotion, your order must ship via Ground and meet the minimum qualifying dollar amount if applicable. The minimum qualifying amount of your order excludes tax, shipping charges. Valid on orders shipping to the 48 contiguous United States only.
What is your returns policy?
IVEE will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise with all tags attached up to
14 days from the date of receipt.
When returning the merchandise, we recommend using a carrier such as UPS and with tracking services for your protection. Please send your return in the original packaging together with the Return Form (included in the box). Only merchandise received by our return department can be credited. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Upon processing, full credit (less shipping) will be issued in your original form of payment.
How do I make a return or exchange?

We will ship exchanged merchandise or issue a refund or credit as soon as your return has been received and processed. Please note that exchanged merchandise of equal or lesser value will be shipped with no additional shipping and handling charges. Please send your package back to IVEE via a prepaid, insured, traceable method.
